Her background spans US payroll operations, US enterprise HCM implementations, testing leadership across SIT, UAT, and parallel cycles, and the operational work that keeps a business running while a major system changes underneath it. She has led initiatives across ADP, Workday, UKG, CloudPay, and SAP environments, coordinating vendors, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders toward a single plan.
Alongside technology work, Ivory advises organizations on AI strategy and transformation, process improvement, documentation, and growth planning. She also brings a practical hospitality operations perspective to service-driven organizations.
Outside of consulting, Ivory is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring global destinations, stays energized through recreational and competitive sports, and is a passionate reader dedicated to leadership, innovation, and continuous growth.
